ZOMAKE is the storefront name of Guangzhou Sidianjin Trading Co., Ltd. (GUANGZHOU SIDIANJIN MAOYI YOUXIAN GONGSI). We design and sell everyday outdoor and footwear-care goods — packable backpacks, golf umbrellas, boot jacks, and metal shoe horns — and we sell them ourselves on zomake.shop to customers in the United States.
How the brand started
The company sits in Panyu, Guangzhou. First commercial use of the ZOMAKE name on bags and umbrellas goes back to August 2017. In 2021 the company filed the word mark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; the United States registration (Reg. No. 6,871,250, International Class 18) issued on October 11, 2022. That filing covers backpacks, daypacks, umbrellas, golf umbrellas, travel bags, and related carrying goods. Footwear-care tools were added to the catalog later because the same customers who bought rain gear and travel packs kept asking for a simple way to get boots off and shoes on without wrecking the heel.
We are not a marketplace reseller aggregating other people’s listings. The products on this site are goods we source, specify, and put our name on. Factory work is done in Guangdong. Quality checks, packing, and outbound documents run through our Panyu office before a parcel is handed to the carrier.
Who makes the goods
Manufacturing is contracted in Guangdong Province. Guangzhou Sidianjin Trading Co., Ltd. owns the ZOMAKE brand for the goods we sell, sets the specs (fabric weight, frame, finish, pack size), and is the merchant of record on zomake.shop. If something is wrong with an order, you write to us — not to a nameless “seller” behind a storefront. That is the point of running our own site.
How we sell and how we run the shop
This is a direct-to-consumer site for the U.S. only. You place an order on zomake.shop, pay at checkout, and we process the order in Guangzhou. We do not operate a public showroom and we do not offer local pickup. Customer service hours follow U.S. Eastern Time so there is someone answering during the American workday, even though the warehouse clock is in China.
Orders are reviewed by staff, packed, and handed to the carrier. After that, the parcel moves on United States Postal Service last-mile service inside the U.S. Tracking goes out by email and also sits in your account. Returns, if you need one, come back on a prepaid label we issue. There is no restocking fee on returns that meet the policy.
